My partner and I drifted apart as a result of our attention being concentrated on our children and my husband being preoccupied with his work. As a result, we argued a lot and became hostile toward one another. After several months of regularly attending Valda's meetings, she was able to assist us in getting back in touch with one another. We improved our ability to work together by learning to compromise and cherish every minute of our time together. You are already aware of how grateful we are to you, Valda.

Today I tried the infrared sauna. I highly recommend this! Previously I have only used the box saunas, whilst I enjoy the benefits of them, I struggle to stay in them as I feel like I over heat too quickly. With this sauna, your head is out and you are laying down which makes the experience much more comfortable and relaxing.

The therapist who works with our couple, Valda, has my highest regard. Attending her counseling had a significant impact on our marriage because it had been a difficult spot for my marriage. After a depressing and terrifying marriage, we have become closer and more open. It is beyond admirable the difference she made in our marriage. Valda, you're the best; you saved our marriage.

I've told anyone who will listen about how amazing Simon is. He relieved over 10 years of back pain in just a few sessions, I floated out of my last appointment! He's also really interesting to chat to and the hour goes by really fast.Kelly is also really helpful and informative, and generous with her time and advice. Although I haven't seen her for an appointment, she has taken the time to talk me through some issues I was having and even emailed me some exercises I could do to help. I really appreciate that.

Simon was not only an amazing remedial therapist that completely loosened up my knots throughout my back and shoulders, but was incredibly conversational and empathetic in his approach. His knowledge and understanding of anatomy and his trade was clearly presented through his language and through his massaging. I will definitely be returning.

I have previously had both chiro and remedial massage at Life Balance. The team are very friendly and the services provided are of the highest standard. The first chiro visit with Wayne fixed my shoulder instantly, I walked out pain free and with full range of movement. I then had a remedial/deep tissue massage a few weeks later and it was honestly one of the best I've had anywhere. Thanks Kelly, Wayne and team. I will be booking in again very soon.

Could not recommend Life Balance more! Kelly is AMAZING! I have been feeling sickly for way too long and after 1 week of her treatment plan I already have more energy and feel myself again.She gave me a plan and really explained how the whole treatment to figuring out what foods my body was reacting too. She is very knowledgeable and just a lovely human.

Then the wonderful in house masseuses , especially enjoy a good treatment from Simon, you can’t go wrong with this centre! Also love I can get supplements, groceries, gifts and healthy treats at the counter when I pay for my infa red sauna which is the ultimate indulgence after a treatment ❤️
